Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to urgemiami.com (the "Site") and the URGE List, run by URGE MIAMI, LLC ("URGE Miami", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Tickets, passes and hotels
Festival passes and event tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Your purchase is governed by Eventbrite's terms and by the ticket terms shown at checkout, including any refund and transfer rules. Hotel rooms are booked directly with each hotel, under that hotel's terms and policies.
Event details on the Site, including lineups, dates, times, venues, pass benefits and hotel rates, may change. Artists may be added or replaced. Hotel rates are "starting at" prices and depend on availability.
If an event is canceled or postponed, we will tell ticket and pass holders by email or text, and any refund will follow the ticket terms and what we announce at that time.
2. Attending events
- Entry is subject to the age, ID, security and dress rules of each venue. You may be searched on entry.
- We and the venues may refuse entry or remove anyone, without a refund, for unsafe, illegal or disruptive behavior.
- Events may be filmed and photographed. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos, video and recordings that we use to promote URGE events, without payment to you.
- You attend at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own belongings, health and safety.
3. The URGE List and text messages
When you join the URGE List, you agree to get the messages you selected.
- Program: URGE Miami text alerts about events, lineups, ticket drops and offers.
- Messages are recurring and automated. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one message to confirm, and then no more texts unless you join again.
- Reply HELP for help, or email info@urgemiami.com.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, do not try to break or overload it, copy it with automated tools, or use it for anything illegal.
5. Our content
The URGE name, logos, artwork, photos, videos and other content on the Site belong to us or to our partners and licensors. You may not copy, change or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Other websites
The Site links to websites we do not control, such as Eventbrite, hotel booking pages, partner events and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site will be error free or always available, or that its information will always be complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, URGE Miami and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at events. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not be more than $100.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
